About the Educator:
Rachel started her career at Toni  &  Guy where she took advanced courses in hairdressing, color placement and styling as well as L’Oreal color theory and corrective color. She now works at Cutler Salon in NYC. Rachel is also working as a platform artist at national shows including the International Beauty Show in New York. She has been featured in makeover stories for Seventeen Magazine and Metro Newspaper.
